He is available to do face painting at a birthday parties, picnics, restaurants, grand openings, or other community events in Northern Virginia where kids are gathered. Face painting is a fun addition to any party or special event. Mike practices face painting with other area face painters at face painting jams and took an all day workshop on face painting from Gary Cole of SNAZAROO USA.

Face Painting By Mike can recruit his friends to help with balloons, face painting, and other forms of entertainment. Face Painting By Mike has been visiting Moe's Southwest Grill in South Riding on a regular basis since June 2010. He also recruited friends for various events including grand openings, festivals, and charities.

Mike always uses makeup specifically designed for painting faces. He likes using face paints from SNAZAROO USA. NEVER allow your children to be painted with acrylic paints, tempera paints, colored markers meant for use on paper or any other product that was not specifically designed to be used and worn on the face.

Balloon Twisting

Mike Becvar is also a professional balloon twister. He is available to do balloons at birthday parties or other special events. Kids love to get balloon animals, hats, and other fun objects. Balloons can be a choking hazard and should not be given to children under the age of three.

Clown

Mike Becvar is a professional clown, Sir Toony Van Dukes. Sir Toony loves to clown around with children of all ages. When Sir Toony attends a special event, he can often be found entertaining people with his juggling or some of his pocket tricks. He can also do face painting or make balloon animals.

Planning a Successful Party

If you are planning a party and intend to hire a children's entertainer, here are some tips to consider.

Schedule
Guests may arrive late or have to leave early, so plan the important stuff for the middle of the party. Have your entertainer come 30 to 60 minutes after the party begins so nobody misses any of the fun.
Time Required
The number of guests at the party will impact the amount of time needed. A face painter or balloon twister can only paint and twist so fast. Make sure you schedule enough time for everyone who wants their face painted or a balloon.
Distractions
Turn off the TV, put away the toys, and send the dog to another room. Let the entertainer be the star attraction and limit the opportunities for distractions.
Adults Required
An entertainer is not a babysitter. Plan to have adults in the room to maintain control and help any of the little ones who may need to use the rest room or need a drink. Use the opportunity to have fun and take pictures.
